Exchange Policy:

• Request Period: You must raise a request to exchange your order within 7 days of receipt to be eligible for an exchange. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

• Required Information: Have your order ID, the pin code of your delivery address, and photos/videos of the items in the same condition you received them.
• Condition of Items: Any product that has been used or tampered with will not be approved for return.

Return Process:

• Approval: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Reverse Pick-Up:

• Conditions for Free Reverse Pick-Up: If you received a defective/damaged product or the wrong item, we provide a free reverse pick-up.
• Charges: For returns due to other reasons, a reverse pick-up charge of Rs 300 to Rs 400 will apply.

Damages and Issues:

• Inspection: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Kindly provide a photo or video of the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

• Custom orders: Custom-made and custom-size rugs cannot be exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Exchanges:

• Process: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Cancellation Policy:

• Dispatch: Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
