Return Process:
- Approval: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Reverse Pick-Up:
- Conditions for Free Reverse Pick-Up: If you received a defective/damaged product or the wrong item, we provide a free reverse pick-up.
- Charges: For returns due to other reasons, a reverse pick-up charge of Rs 300 to Rs 400 will apply.
Damages and Issues:
- Inspection: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Kindly provide a photo or video of the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom orders: Custom-made and custom-size rugs cannot be exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

- Process: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
